• Manufacturing of the product will start only on receipt of Loan approval from Kissht.
• For Customized Products EMI will be available but there won't be any return or exchange facility.
• The above given scheme is a Limited period offer. Management reserves the right to change, suspend or withdraw any given scheme at any time without prior notice.
• Offer available for jewellery purchases made online on www.rockrush.com for customers residing in Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Bangalore, Baroda, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kanpur, Kolkata, Ludhiana, Mangalore, Mumbai, Nagpur, Nashik, Navi Mumbai, Noida, Patna, Pune, Surat, Thane, Trivandrum, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam.
• Actual EMI may differ based on the evaluation of the customer’s profile and the loan offer that customer selects at the time of purchase.
• This loan facility is being offered by Kissht to the customers of ROCKRUSH and ROCKRUSH has no role to play in the approval, extension, pricing, modification, pre-closure, closure or any matter incidental thereto or pertaining to the loan facility and it will be decided at the sole discretion of Kissht.
• The customer shall be assessed by Kissht on eligibility and other parameters and approved loans shall be disbursed by Kissht to ROCKRUSH. In case of returns, ROCKRUSH shall refund said loan amounts directly to Kissht. Processing fees charged by Kissht is non refundable as per their terms and conditions.
• The loan facility being offered by Kissht to the customers of Rockrush is governed by the respective terms and conditions of Kissht and the customer is advised to approach Kissht in case of any complaint, dispute or enquiry about an EMI transaction.
• ROCKRUSH does not charge their customer any processing or convenience fees for the purpose of facilitating the loan. Kissht may levy a processing fee of 3% based on the EMI scheme selected by the customer.
• All disputes in connection with the loan shall be between the Customer and Kissht. ROCKRUSH shall not be held liable for any dispute arising out of or in connection with such loan facility being offered by Kissht.
• In case where the Actual Invoice amount differs from the amount mentioned at the time of the order, ROCKRUSH will deal directly with the customer regarding the difference and Kissht shall not be responsible for the same.
